the room size and view were acceptable (i mean, who spends all day in their room anyway?).
the hotel felt dated. i found leaks with towels all over the lobby. i also noticed the spa lacked body wash or soap in the showers, quite inconvenient for a relaxing experience.

The beach club is fantastic, especially since the all-inclusive package from the hotel extends there too!!! The hotel itself is beautiful. It has lovely decor. The entertainment each evening was really good, providing enjoyable experiences after dinner.
The hotel needs an update, as it looks a bit run-down. Our room was not cleaned a couple of days, so we had to ask for fresh towels. The hill made access to the beach a hassle, and the shuttle bus was often packed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got assistance with directions, and they promptly addressed a minor issue with the room. The team worked efficiently to maintain cleanliness, and I really appreciated their quick and attentive service.

The hotel provided many food options at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were big, a plus for my stay. The staff was super, very attentive and helpful .
The food quality was low. It did not meet my expectations at all. The pre-made cocktails were poor. The wristbands never worked. I had to visit the reception multiple times. It was frustrating

I loved the spacious hotel. It featured many areas of interest like fountains and artwork. I also found the staff very helpful. They offered assistance whenever needed.
Upon arrival, the hotel felt very large. I missed a map that would have given me an overview of activities. This made navigation difficult. The walk to the beach club felt relatively long. The pictures were a bit misleading.
