dated hotel missing soap
the room size and view were acceptable (i mean, who spends all day in their room anyway?).
the hotel felt dated. i found leaks with towels all over the lobby. i also noticed the spa lacked body wash or soap in the showers, quite inconvenient for a relaxing experience.

The beach club is fantastic, especially since the all-inclusive package from the hotel extends there too!!! The hotel itself is beautiful. It has lovely decor. The entertainment each evening was really good, providing enjoyable experiences after dinner.

clean water park spacious room good facilities under staffed hotel poor drink quality long queues
the water park was clean. the room was spacious. the room included good facilities. the entertainment team was hard working.
i found the hotel to be seriously under staffed. the drink quality was poor. the drinks were served in small paper cups. the queues were long.

I loved the spacious hotel. It featured many areas of interest like fountains and artwork. I also found the staff very helpful. They offered assistance whenever needed.
Upon arrival, the hotel felt very large. I missed a map that would have given me an overview of activities. This made navigation difficult. The walk to the beach club felt relatively long. The pictures were a bit misleading.
